If you tell Troy and Angie about a sore wrist or frequent headaches, they are going to track that problem week to week better than you track yourself. "The evaluation was daunting, especially taking the BMI number, which I found to be appalling. One of the first things Angie said to me was “if you want to lose weight, get out of the kitchen.” We talked generally about good and bad food choices. One of the things I most appreciated was her challenge to me of “what I really hoped to accomplish.” By the end of the three training sessions, she had convinced me to keep a food log. This, I believe is one of the primary reasons I have met with success. I kept a log, (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) for about 2 months. By that time, I had a good gauge on what I was eating. This is a discipline that does NOT allow you to fabricate, ie I didn’t eat anything bad today etc. Now, not quite 4 ½ months later, I’ve lost 20 lbs." - Claudia A.
