Young Athlete Development:
Fitness Integrity is the facility of choice for local athletes. We are committed to developing athletic performance through sound scientific based approaches with special attention given to injury prevention and movement efficiency. Strength training for children is now recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. We would love the opportunity to help your athlete develop his/her strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, flexibility and movement patterns. All programs are designed individually for the athlete's specific sport demands. Your athlete will receive the highest quality, evidence based physical preparation combined with Neuromuscular Training techniques to help improve all aspects of sport conditioning. Fitness Integrity accepts athletes as young as age 9 for training. All athletes will complete the New Client Introductory Package ($100) before joining regular training. The cost is $25 per athlete per session whether 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 athletes are training.
